You can choose to start feeling better today by choosing better thoughts. As you move from negative to positive thoughts, you might need to ladder your thoughts. Each rung is a step closer to the thought you really want to have. To change your thoughts, you need those thoughts to be believable. This is a way to progressively get to the thoughts you want to have AND believe them!
